“Our group stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. Our cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. There are multiple cottages on the property with grills, picnic tables, a communal fire pit, as well as docks if you will be bringing a boat. Rachel was very prompt at answering any questions we had. We had a great time!”

“The property is newly renovated and despite being on the main drag next to a very popular bar, it was quiet. The owners are very responsive when there was confusion with instructions and checked in to make sure things were going well. A great walking path is across the street. The hallway leading to the condo had a stale smoke smell from other tenants in the building which could bother someone with sensitivities. ”

“A great place to stay close to the Stow Bemus Point Ferry. Check ferry hours as they don’t operate daily, even during summer season. Otherwise a perfect relaxing getaway that was close to the Allegheny Parks as well as Chautauqua. ”

“Good location, nice, quiet little town on north end of Lake Chautauqua. Short drive to Chautauqua Institute where we spent most of our time. Cottage was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. As a bonus the 4th of July fireworks were only a block away at the lake front and we could watch them from the porch.”

“Just what we needed as fisherman! Basically across the street from the bait/tackle shop and great location to access all parts of the lake. Would definitely stay again. ”
